Following the high price of cement produced locally, National Company for Construction and Development (NCCD) of Egypt has decided to construct a cement plant in Egypt. NCCD is now analysing the best timing for the proposed plant.
As reported by Al Mal News, the new plant will cover the cement requirements for the units of NCCD. NCCD has 20 units that include nine general contractors.
