The Commercial Court of the Kemerovo region (Siberia), Russia, has initiated bankruptcy proceedings against Kuznetsk Cement Plant (Novokuznetsk, Siberia), part of United Ce millionent Group).
The claimed debt of the company has not been disclosed.
It is reported that the enterprise has suspended production several times since 2012 on the request of a court, due to the violations of environmental law.
About 200 people currently work at the plant.
