Rik Kiddle is new Terex Finlay global business development and sales director

668 Terex Finlay has appointed Rik Kiddle as the internationally renowned crushing and screening firm’s global business development and sales director. In his new role for the Northern Ireland headquartered company, Kiddle will be responsible for strategically driving business growth, increasing market share as well as identifying and developing new market opportunities on a global basis. He will lead the current sales, marketing and distribution development teams, be a key driver in new product development initiatives and work closely with Terex Finlay’s aftermarket and engineering departments.

With an engineering and design background, Kiddle joins Terex Finlay from JCB, where he has held various UK and export sales and marketing positions with increasing seniority. Latterly, Kiddle has been responsible for 633 JCB’s focus on the Waste, Recycling and Demolition industries and was responsible for developing the JCB Wastemaster range of products/models in order to better serve them. Most recently Kiddle has been responsible for the JCB Industrial business, promoting the novel JCB Teletruk product worldwide.
