3652 Terex Minerals Processing Systems (Terex MPS), has launched the new TC1150 cone, designed around the tried and tested high-performance Terex TC1000 and TC1300 cone, which is said to have several notable improvements “enhancing the performance and functionality.”

It has a newly-designed upper frame, accommodating all available concave liners, and the locking ring design has been improved to eliminate the need to hammer in concave retaining wedges. Improvements to the wedge ring and upper frame include the inner skirt being better protected to accommodate a larger CSS (closed side setting) increasing product size, while increased stroke clearance allows for larger maximum CSS and tramp clearance.

The TC1150 has a nominal cone head diameter of 1,150mm, and maximum feed size of medium course 190mm and extra course 220mm.
