The European Commission has given its approval for the takeover of Dutch company Deli Building Supplies by Dutch building materials company PontMeyer.
Deli Building Supplies owns several providers of timber and building materials, including Astrimex, RET Bouwproducten and Jongeneel.
The deal was examined using the normal merger procedure.
