Germany's HeidelbergCement merges its Romanian subsidiaries

HeidelbergCement, the German-owned building materials producer, has recently finished the merger of its Romanian subsidiaries: Carpat Beton, Carpat Agregate and Carpatcement. As a result of the move, the new firm will be named HeidelbergCement Romania.
