In Thailand, BMC Cement Industry Factory (Lion Brand) will operate its factory in February 2016.
The Lao-owned company has been developing the new factory since 2011 and construction is estimated to be completed next month.
Cement produced by the factory will be supplied to provinces in Laos and Thailand.
