Laos-based Oudomxay Cement is constructing a factory in Oudomxay Province and expects to commission the facility by end-2016.
Output from the new factory, which is the third for the company, will be delivered to projects in the provinces of Phongsaly, Luang Namtha and Bokeo and several other areas in the northern region.
