New Hyundai HX140 L at ScotPlant

Hyundai dealer Young Plant, based in Doune, Scotland, has shown the first HX140 L excavator in Europe at Scotplant. The new Stage IV–compliant hydraulic excavator is said to provide up to 10% better fuel economy and 5% increased productivity versus previous models. 429 Hyundai dealer Young Plant, based in Doune, Scotland, has shown the first HX140 L excavator in Europe at Scotplant.

The new Stage IV–compliant hydraulic excavator is said to provide up to 10% better fuel economy and 5% increased productivity versus previous models.

The 14tonne model, powered by a 455 Perkins 1204F Stage IV engine rated at 87kW, achieves a maximum dig depth of 6.73m and maximum digging reach of 9,98m, and is equipped with a standard 0.58m³ capacity bucket.

The HX140 L also features IPC (Intelligent Power Control) computer-aided power optimisation based on load demand, and Eco Breaker mode for selectable pump flow and improved fuel consumption when working with Hyundai hydraulic breakers and many other attachments.
