6512 Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe)/(HCME) has initiated a three-year extended warranty scheme specifically for its range of ZW wheeled loaders.

The company says its Full Coverage programme provides owners with peace of mind, and reinforces Hitachi’s commitment to providing the best possible after-sales service for users of its construction machinery.

Full Coverage forms part of the Hitachi Extended Life Programme (HELP), which offers increased protection for machines regardless of working conditions or application. It protects new Hitachi wheeled loaders for 36 months, or 5,000 hours, from the date that the machine is delivered.

The company has launched the special promotion to celebrate the unveiling of the ZW-6 range at bauma 2016 in Munich, Germany.

The latest Hitachi wheeled loaders have been developed specifically to meet the requirements of the evolving European construction industry. In addition, the ZW-6 machines underline Hitachi’s reputation for high-quality engineering and durability.

The package is available to customers free-of-charge if they have purchased a wheeled loader from the ZW-5 or ZW-6 range (and any model, from the ZW140 up to the ZW550) between 1 April, 2016 and 31 March, 2017.

To be eligible for the offer, a maintenance contract must be signed between the owner of the wheel loader and one of HCME’s authorised dealers from the time of delivery.

“There are a number of reasons that we chose to offer this three-year extended warranty to our customers,” says Vasilis Drougkas, HCME wheeled loader product specialist.

“We have the highest confidence in the quality of our wheeled loaders and have been working hard to further improve their overall performance. However, we also want Hitachi owners to share in our passion for their machines.

“Our extensive network of authorised European dealers has been really supportive of the new arrangement. Ultimately, our aim is to ensure customers have complete satisfaction when they purchase a Hitachi wheel loader. They can always be sure of buying an excellent machine, fully supported by our world-class, after-sales service.”
