1796 Baioni Crushing Plants has commissioned the full Baitrack mobile range series for a Sudanese company to work on road and urban construction.

The company, which manufacturers static and mobile crushing and screening equipment, installed the equipment, which includes Baitrack BP, Baitrack FCS and Baiscreen. The units will be employed in road and urban construction.

"In 2010, Baioni Crushing Plants moved into what we view as the next generation of mobile crushing and screening equipment. With the launch of Baitrack mobile range we are firmly positioning ourselves to meet the needs of the aggregates and recycling segments.

"The intuition of electric drive to the range gave us the characteristic of one-ness in the market" said Milena Bianchi, head of the marketing and communication office.

The Baitrack mobile range is specifically developed as a complete crushing and screening plant.

The plant can accept an all-in feed from a primary jaw crusher to produce up to 410tonnes/hour of aggregate or mineral.

Baiscreen is built around the vibrating screen W 400/3 with three decks: the fixed frame is equipped with special rubber pads which are specifically used to fully isolate the load-bearing structure from vibrations. It comes with improved screening capacity suitable for aggregate production, quarried rock and road construction.
