"The drive system has no contact lip seals and uses centrifugal force to power the screen. The centrifugal force constantly pushes oil away from the seal area and a snap-in urethane labyrinth seal helps to keep dust out," said Telsmith marketing manager Jim Schreiner. "By avoiding contact in the drive system, it removes the wear elements, so maintenance and the potential for breakdown is much lower." The screens are available in a number of sizes from 1.5 by 4.3m single deck up to 2.4 by 7.3m triple deck and every model is designed to work with any type of screening media.
