LSR to upgrade construction materials plants in Russian Urals

Russian construction and building materials company LSR plans to upgrade its construction materials plants in the Urals. The company plans to invest €200.33 million (RUB 8bn), down 20% from the previously anticipated amount. Modernisation of LSR enterprises in St.Petersburg and Moscow is said to have been concluded.
