Vicat receives two sustainable development awards

In France, Granulats Vicat has received two awards from the National Union of Aggregates Producers (UNPG) in recognition of its sustainable development initiatives. Vicat received the award for best practices in terms of health and safety for the creation of a game that aims to raise awareness among staff about quality, safety and the environment.

In France, 1718 Granulats Vicat has received two awards from the National Union of Aggregates Producers (1613 UNPG) in recognition of its sustainable development initiatives.

684 Vicat received the award for best practices in terms of health and safety for the creation of a game that aims to raise awareness among staff about quality, safety and the environment.

The company also received the award for best practices in terms of biodiversity for creating a bat shelter at the quarry in Maizières (Meurthe-et-Moselle).

The awards are given out triennially, and Vicat also won an award during the 2010 edition.
