Income tax boost for North Caucasus cement producers

The government of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, North Caucasus, Russia, has extended the income tax relief period for producers of cement. In 2014, the tax will be 13.5%. The largest cement producer in the region is Kavkazcement (part of Eurocement group).
