Armaton, part of First Construction Fund, is to start equipment deliveries to the reinforced concrete plant to be built in Novosibirsk in February 2014.
The first phase of the plant to produce 70,000m² of housing is to be launched in September 2014.
The plant is to reach its full production capacity of 300,000m² in 2018.
