New UK sales manager appointed by Bell Equipment

2983 Bell Equipment UK has appointed Richard Higgott to its team as UK sales manager, filling the key role previously held by recently promoted managing director, Nick Learoyd.

Bell Equipment says he brings extensive sales management experience to his new post, having held the position of north and national sales manager at 439 Liebherr for the past two years.  Before that he held a sales role with heavy equipment manufacturer 3652 Terex.

His new role, which will see him managing the sales team and meeting budget quotas, also includes responsibilities overseeing Bell Equipment’s presence at the 427 Hillhead 2014 exhibition in the UK June, while also developing market knowledge of Bell’s new E-Series models, the B25E and B30E, which were launched into the UK late last year.

“Choosing to move to Bell has been an exciting decision and I’m looking forward to building upon the sales team’s success over coming years,” he said.
