Lombardy-based Tecnostrutture is Mollo Group's latest rental company acquisition

Based at Fombio in the Lombardy region, Tecnostrutture specialises in the rental of construction equipment, aerial platforms and lifting equipment, earthmoving machinery, and power generators. The acquisition was concluded on February 29th.

Mollo Noleggio says the deal further strengthens its presence in the Lodi area of Lombardy, an area where the Alba-based company is already traditionally "at home" and operational with centres in Codogno and Lodi.

Following the acquisition, Mollo says Tecnostrutture's customers will now be able to rely on a solid structure, a wide range of equipment and services, a widespread network of 57 rental centres operating in Italy, and an excellent technical assistance service with specialised personnel in the inspection and maintenance of equipment to offer standards of the highest quality and safety.

"Mollo Noleggio wants to continue growing by acquiring specialised rental companies deeply rooted in their territory," says Mauro Mollo, president of the Mollo Group. "We have known Tecnostrutture for many years and we are thrilled that it has become part of our Group. We expect great synergies from this union that will consolidate and strengthen Mollo Noleggio's position in the rental market."

Mollo is pursuing an acquisition strategy and has made a number of recent rental company purchases including Monia Noleggi, PMP, Parmiani Noleggi, Manetta Noleggi and Eilservice.
