Tamtron has launched a new version of its on-board weighing system

Finland-based weighing specialist 666 Tamtron has announced the release of a new version of its Pro+scales, which it claims considerably improve on-board weighing options for wheeled loaders.

The company claims that the new system offers many features that are unique and introduced first time to the industry.

The latest version offers data transfer via the internet or using USB memory sticks, which means a cost-effective way to control the data on-line and at all times, since the information is transferred to the office immediately. Pro+ also makes it possible to load the specified amount of product to a customer truck, for instance.

The angle compensation takes place automatically up to 12.9 degrees, which speeds up the working process when loading a crusher and the scale also compensates automatically the boom speed, tilting and acceleration. According to Tamtron, these features further increase the loading speed, accuracy and productivity and the company estimates that with the Pro+ it is possible to load over 500tonnes per hour.

Pro+ has official verification making it legal for trade so automation of invoicing using the data is also possible.
