Ballast Nedam to sell Ballast Phoenix to H2 Equity Partners

H2 Equity Partners is to acquire Ballast Phoenix, a UK-based aggregates recycling business, from Dutch construction company Ballast Nedam. The £30 million (€37.52 million) sale is expected to be completed by the end of June 2014. Ballast Phoenix processes incinerator bottom ash into construction aggregates.

H2 Equity Partners is to acquire Ballast Phoenix, a UK-based aggregates recycling business, from Dutch construction company 6053 Ballast Nedam.

The £30 million (€37.52 million) sale is expected to be completed by the end of June 2014. Ballast Phoenix processes incinerator bottom ash into construction aggregates.
