AEM president Dennis Slater says: “The Top Workplace recognition this year is particularly rewarding as the pandemic has impacted staff and how we work together. I’m so proud of our team and how we continue to support each other as well as provide the best value for our more than 1,000 members that are located across North America.”

AEM has received the Top Workplaces recognition for the past five years. In March 2020, AEM instituted a universal work from home policy to keep all staff safe and healthy during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Judy Gaus, AEM vice president of human resources and operations, says: “We work to foster a culture of respect, inclusion and empowerment at AEM and this award reflects that effort.  Challenges often bring teams closer together, and we’ve seen that this year as we adjusted approaches to keep staff connected, healthy and engaged.”
