The Iowa Limestone Producers Association (ILPA) has recognised employees at Coots Materials’ Plant 1 and 2 for working an entire year during 2017 without a lost time accident – according to a report by Vinton Today. ILPA sponsors a safety contest each year to acknowledge companies and employees that make working in safe environments a top priority.
ILPA aims to promote and develop the general welfare of the crushed limestone industry and affiliated construction aggregate industry. The company carries all law functions required for the efficient, constructive and beneficial operation of the crushed limestone and affiliated construction aggregate industry.
