Lindsay appointed CEO of Magni South Africa

Telescopic materials handling plant company Magni South Africa has appointed Shankland Lindsay as its new CEO.

Lindsay is a quarrying and mining industry veteran with several years of experience. He was previously managing director of Manitou Southern Africa, which manufactures rough terrain telescopic handlers and forklifts. 

Prior to joining Manitou in 2002, Lindsay held positions at Barloworld Handling/Hyster Forklifts, and Saficon Industrial/Toyota Forklifts. 

Magni launched its latest RTH 6.51 model in March at ConExpo 2020 in Las Vegas. The company claims it is the world's largest rotating telehandler.
