A cement plant with a capacity of 2 million tonnes/year will be launched in the Akmola region of Kazakhstan.
It is planned to produce 20 types of cement, and investments will total KZT 30 billion (€133.91 million/US$165.67 million).
Some 700 new jobs will be created.
