Italy’s Sacci's creditor banks reject Buzzi Unicem's offer

The creditor banks of Sacci, the Italian cement manufacturer, are reported to have rejected the 99.5% acquisition bid launched by Buzzi Unicem, the other leading Italian cement maker. The €120 million offer had been accepted by Sacci.
