385 Atlas Copco is aiming to provide a better service to construction customers with the formation of a fourth business area, which will be known as Construction Technique. The business of divisions for portable compressors and generators, road construction equipment and construction tools will come under the new organisation.

Atlas Copco CEO and president Ronnie Leten said: "One of our ambitions is to further strengthen the focus on our construction customers by providing a dedicated organization for all our construction products and services."

Leten added that the changeover will be gradual and the company will only implement changes that benefit customers.
