Senior promotions at Astec Industries’ companies

Kolberg-Pioneer (3763 KPI-JCI and 3607 Astec Mobile Screens) has promoted Jeff May to company president to focus on leading and managing the activities and functions of Kolberg-Pioneer, while helping to direct its strategies in providing growth and profitability for the company and its parent corporation, Astec Industries.

May, who began working as controller for Kolberg-Pioneer. in 1996 is a 1985 graduate of the University of Iowa, where he also earned his Master of Business Administration degree in 1995. Before his promotion to president, he served as vice president of operations and finance for Kolberg-Pioneer.
Astec, another Astec Industries’ company, has promoted Greg Renegar to the position of vice president – engineering to fill the position vacated by Malcolm Swanson who will transition to the position of Astec president at the end of 2013.

Greg Renegar joined ASTEC in 1985 after graduating from the University Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, and he will transition to vice president – engineering by the end of the year.

In this post he will be responsible for the overall performance of the Astec engineering department.
