A Powerscreen Premiertrak 300: one of the new two-tone machines

447 Powerscreen is launching a refresh to the appearance of all machines during the second half of 2013.

The colour scheme will now be two-tone: traditional Powerscreen green with dark grey on the chassis and conveyors.

In addition to the machine colours the company has decided to streamline the naming convention of the crusher machine range. The jaw crusher range will now be called Premiertrak (with the exception of the Metrotrak) and the impact crusher range will become the Trakpactor range. The cone crusher range will retain the existing 1533 Maxtrak name.

In the jaw crusher range the XA200 will become the Premiertrak 300; XR200 (Premiertrak R300); XA400S (Premiertrak 400); XR400S (Premiertrak R400); XA600 (Premiertrak 600) and XA750S (Premiertrak 750).

With the impact crushers the XH250 becomes the Trakpactor 250; XH320X (Trakpactor 320); XH320SRX (Trakpactor 320SR); XH500 (Trakpactor 500) and XH500SR (Trakpactor 500SR).

Powerscreen says that to simplify the transition process, the machine name and aesthetic changes are being implemented on a machine by machine basis, the timeline is as follows:

All screen names are remaining but they will also adopt the new colour scheme.
