Greece’s Titan Cement revenues increase in first nine months of 2013

In the first nine months of 2013, Titan Cement of Greece posted a loss of €15 million in comparison with €2 million profits in the corresponding period last year. Meanwhile, its revenues reached €883 million from €847million with its revenues up by 6% to €316 million in the July-September 2013 period.

In the first nine months of 2013, 719 Titan Cement of Greece posted a loss of €15 million in comparison with €2 million profits in the corresponding period last year.

Meanwhile, its revenues reached €883 million from €847million with its revenues up by 6% to €316 million in the July-September 2013 period.

Titan Cement's EBITDA went up by 22% to €61 million, mainly due to its improved results within the US market. At group level, Titan posted a 5% rise in its revenues to €888 million; a 5.5% drop in its EBITDA to €154 million and a loss of €15 million compared with €2million.
