Spain’s FCC to increase stake in Cementos Portland

Spanish construction company, FCC, is increasing its controlling stake in Spanish cement company Cementos Portland, from its current 69.8% to 78%, thanks to the conversion into shares of a €100 million. loan FCC granted to the cement company in October 2012.
