Used equipment auctioneer Iron Planet has strengthened its operations in Europe with the appointment of a new sales director for the Northern Europe region. The company has appointed Simon Rodgers to take on the territory which covers UK, Ireland, Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia, Central & Eastern Europe. Rodgers joins the company from Volvo London Truck and Bus where he was sales director. He has also worked for JCB, Daimler Chrysler and Toyota.
