Ritchie Bros has confirmed it sold 3,800+ equipment items and generated more than $50 million at an online auction in the Rocky Mountain region.

Ritchie Bros has confirmed it sold more than 7,600 equipment items and generated CA$85+ million at an auction at its site in Edmonton, Alberta.

Ritchie Bros has confirmed its Rocky Mountain auction attracted more than 11,200 online bidders from 62 countries that competed for 2,900+ items, generating more than $41 million.

Ritchie Bros is to acquire multi-manufacturer platform SmartEquip as part of a $175 million deal. 

Ritchie Bros has confirmed it sold 8,100+ equipment items for more than CAN$59 million at an online version of its Edmonton site auction in Canada.

In a major move in the global plant and machinery auctions sector, off-highway equipment auctioneer Ritchie Bros. has entered into an agreement to acquire Euro Auctions group for an enterprise value of £775mn (US$1.08bn).

Ritchie Bros has confirmed it sold more than $50 million of equipment at an online auction held at its site in Fort Worth, Texas. 

Long lead times on new equipment and exceptionally high productivity in key industries have pushed heavy machinery demand at Ritchie Bros. to "unprecedented" levels, and equipment owners are taking advantage.

Ritchie Bros says it attracted close to 12,000 bidders for its Rocky Mountain Regional Auction, selling more than 4,150 items for $54+ million.
